These recipes represent every item that is completely craftable from scratch using extracted/farmed resources from the indicated outposts, without relying on item drops or purchasable goods.
In a nutshell, this is a ridiculous min-max way to make the most amount of food and chems, with the least amount of weight, using the fewest amount of outposts, and sell everything for a huge amount of credits... and maybe save some product for yourself. Let's cook!

Note on shipping: This is shipped from my poster provider (they come in a large triangular tube). When ordering with the Starfield reactor manual, I ship those myself so you will receive two shipments. Contact me before ordering from outside North America; I manually generate these orders and will get you a total cost.
